University Accommodation

Situated in attractive locations and co-located or close to the conference venue, this can be booked with your conference place through the Registration page. Please note that all university accommodation rooms are single en-suite rooms.

Facilities include:

  • En-suite shower room with linen and towels provided
  • Rooms available for those with disability
  • Shared kitchen and social area*
  • Security code access to villa

* Fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and oven provided as standard. It is not guaranteed that any other equipment, cutlery and crockery will be available

Rooms at Pittville are a 20/30 minute walk away from the conference venue.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be given for any cancellations made by Friday 13th June (i.e. one month prior to the start of the conference). Refunds for rooms cancelled after this date will be at the discretion of the IASC Conference Administrators and Secretariat.
